Take the tray out of the box and pluck them off  the growing media, cut their roots with a pair of scissors and eat them or add them to smoothies, snacks, soups, salads, sandwiches, main courses, sweets or  any other foods.

The types of Live Microgreens packed in the box will depend on whatever The Universe blesses us with the day of you order. We mostly grow Sunflower, Red Arrow Radish, Daikon, Red Cabbage, Rambo Radish, Broccoli, Brocoli Brasica Blend, Alfa Alfa,  7 Part Spicy Salad Mix, Bok Choy, Mizuna, Black Chia etc, we can also grow to order any type of Microgreen.
